General FAQs

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?
Click the log in button at the top right. Click forgot password and enter your email address in the field. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.
What are the levels of stock?
The Webshop can show the stock level for all stocked items, which are offered online. Some items are available for delivery only. If the product you want can't be collected in store, you will only be shown the delivery availability.
Do I have to pay VAT, import and handling costs?
There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union.
Do you have a physical store I can shop at?
We do not have a physical store open to the public. snamix is an online store only, with executive offices and warehouse in Denmark
Is it safe to shop online?
On snamix, we offer various ways of payment including PayPal & Credit Cards and have strategic partnerships with well-known banks in the region. We also protect our website with ‘SSL’.
Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?
If you haven't received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Threadless to your safe list. While we aren't able to resend your email confirmation, you may check your Order Status or contact our Help team with your name and email address used to place the order and we can confirm the order for you.
I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot receive your parcel at this address. Dependant on the delivery option chosen, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to interecept delivery before the first attempt is made.

How long does shipping take?
Usually your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after placing your order. Orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer different delivery options depending on where you live. You can find your shipping alternative when completing your order by entering your address and postcode under the section called "Shipping details".
How do I track my order?
Within 1-3 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner containing your package’s tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the ship-to address and shipping method selected at checkout.
How can I pay for my order?
You can proceed with one of the following payment methods: 1. Credit Card: We accept Credit Cards from various providers (Visa, MasterCard). 2. PayPal: If you are a PayPal member, you can log in with your username and password and continue in that manner. The payment will not be deducted from you account until the item has dispatched.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
