2. When you place an order

When you have placed a product order through our home page, our system will automatically send you an email that states which products you have ordered. Please note that it is not a legally binding order confirmation that confirms that the agreement has been entered into. It is only an electronic acknowledgement of the receipt of your order. Snamix retains the option to cancel the order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. The binding order confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the order has been successfully processed.

3. Ordering

Disclosure Agreements (purchase orders) can be concluded in English and are kept by the company for 5 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act. When you make an order on our website, you accept our terms and conditions. Goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of the payment being cleared. When you are done ordering, it is not possible to withdraw you purchase, because your order has been delivered to our supply’s computer system. We cannot manually delete your purchase.

4. Payment

All prices at the snamix website are incl. Danish VAT and taxes. Prices are current prices in EURO. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Paypal and snamix giftcard. Payment will be deducted from your account when your purchase is sent from snamix. We use a security standard for international credit cards called 3D-Secure developed by VISA and Mastercard. All information is encrypted through SSL-encryption, which prevents unauthorizes access to card details. 

5. Delivery
We offer the following delivery methods:

- PostNord MyPack Home

- Posti ParcelShop
Delivery time in Europe is usually 1-5 working days.
If you are not home at delivery, the order may be redeemed at the nearest pick-up point. You will be notified of the pick-up point in delivery slip. Packages that have not been collected or received within 14 days from arrival will be sent back to snamix. In such case you will be charged a fee to cover snamix’s administrative, shipping and handling costs. If you want to have your package sent again we will charge you for the shipping cost. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your goods, you will incur re-delivery charge(s). Refunds will not be given for goods that have been shipped and returned to the snamix company for any of the foregoing reasons. 

6. Return Policy

We do not provide food product refunds, under the Danish law of food trade.

7. Faulty items

If you discover an item is damaged, faulty, mis‑described or parts are missing within the first 2 calendar days of delivery or collection you may request either a full refund, a price reduction, or replacement of the item. If the replacement provided by us is not satisfactory, you can then request either a refund or price reduction. Where it is not possible for us to provide a replacement or repair for an item (e.g. because the item/parts no longer exist), we will offer you a refund or price reduction.

Heat Damaged Items
Please note that in summer months there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive candies will arrive melted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our fulfilment centre. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them. Although ever effort will be made to ensure your product arrives to you in perfect condition, by purchasing a food product these will not be refunded if they are effected by hot weather, are broken (due to being a perishable product) or if purchased with other products that could affect the taste/smell this includes scented candles, air fresheners or incense. Note, that packages will move and fall during transport. Some products are extremely vulnerable to damages, like chips, chocolate, cookies, and similar products. We will not refund these products, if any these products have been opened. You should want to buy them because of their taste. Other products should arrive unopened. For us, an opened product is a product we can no longer use. A little scratch in the packaging is not a damage.

8. Gift Card

When you buy a snamix gift card online, you accept these terms and conditions: The gift card can be used in snamixs official webshop. You receive your snamix gift card electronically after you have purchased it. The gift card is valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Consumers have 14 days to return and cancel their gift card. The right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive the gift card. Should you regret your purchase please contact us at our contact form.

9. Privacy Policy

To place an order on the snamix Website you must first register as a customer. In order to register as a customer you must: Provide your real name, address, phone number and email address. Have a credit or debit card acceptable to us in your name. We record your personal information in order to deliver the goods to you. Personal information registered with snamix are kept for a maximum of five years, after which the data are deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens when submitting your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why. Personal data submitted to snamix is not transmitted or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not store any sensitive personal information. 10. Complain

11. Disclaimer

The following basic information is declared in English on of prepacked foods: Name and description of food, statement of ingredients, declaration of foods and ingredients known to cause hypersensitivity, declaration of net content in package, name of the manufacturer, date-marking of expiry date and nutrition labelling. Snamix makes reservations for typing/printing errors in prices and facts and sold-out items. Snamix reserves the right to change information and prices on its website. The image and summary details have been prepared for illustration and information purposes only. On occasion the actual product may differ from that shown. Whilst we have taken every care in preparing this summary and believe it to be accurate, it is not a substitute for reading the product packaging or label prior to use. You should note that products and their ingredients are subject to change. If you do require precise ingredient information you should consult the manufacturer, whose contact details will appear on the packaging or label.
