2. Placing an Order

An order placed via our website does not constitute a legally binding agreement. Snamix reserves the right to cancel your order due to typographical errors, technical issues, supply failure, or similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you ordered. When you place an order, you will automatically receive an email with a summary of the ordered items.

3. Ordering

By ordering products on snamix website, the buyer accepts these terms and conditions and confirms being of legal age. Agreements (purchase orders) are made in English and are stored by the company for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled as it is directly transferred to our warehouse. Manual cancellation of orders is not possible.

4. Payment

Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Snamix gift cards. All prices are in euros and include VAT and fees. The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods have been dispatched. Snamix uses SSL encryption to secure your payment information.

5. Delivery

We offer the following delivery methods:

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivery time in Europe is 1-7 business days after dispatch.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest parcel shop. The package must be collected within the specified time limit; otherwise, it will be returned, and a new shipping fee will be charged for re-shipping.

6. Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of food products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

7. Right of Complaint

If there are defects or issues with a product, your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including rules on defects. Complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods. If we cannot provide a replacement item, the purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Chocolate and Summer Heat
During the summer months, chocolate and other heat-sensitive products may melt during transport. We cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive in perfect condition, and no refunds will be provided if products melt or are damaged due to heat.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal for gift cards can be exercised within 14 days of purchase.

9. Privacy Policy

To enter into an agreement with us, we need to register the following information: name, address, phone number, and email. The information is stored for 5 years and is only shared with trusted third parties handling your goods. As a registered customer, you have the right to access the information stored about you and to object to the registration.

10. Complaint Handling

If you wish to file a complaint, you can contact customer service at +45 6615 9040 or via our contact form. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution, or through the EU Commission’s online complaint portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to make errors in product descriptions, stock availability, VAT and fee changes, and delays or incomplete deliveries due to force majeure. Product images are for guidance only, and we recommend always reading the product label for correct information regarding ingredients, allergens, and nutritional content.
